Faith Flame App

INTRODUCTION

1.1. LYKOS DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARES LTDA, registered under Brazilian company number (CNPJ) 46.934.569/0001-25, is responsible for the Faith Flame mobile application, available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store ("App"), and for the website chamadafe.com.br ("Site"), which are interactive, personal Bible study tools. In this document, "you" or "User" means whoever uses them.

1.2. The Faith Flame App is a platform through which the User can access the following tools: a Bible study assistant powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), a Quiz system for testing knowledge, a Daily Reading feature, and a gamification system that encourages daily engagement, including the "Faith Flame" streak.

1.3. The Site publishes freely accessible Bible study content — the biblical text, prayers, articles and verse pages — and requires no account.

1.4. These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy contained herein ("Terms") apply to Users of the solutions currently offered by the App and the Site, and to any that may be developed as part of them ("our Solutions").

CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE

2.1. You may read these Terms at any time through a link available in the App and in the footer of the Site.

2.2. These Terms may be updated at any time by LYKOS DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARES LTDA, with notice in the App or by email if you have chosen to receive our communications. The effective date of the version in force is shown at the top of this page.

2.3. Our Solutions are intended for a general audience. If you are a minor under the law of your country, use must take place with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to whom these Terms also apply.

2.4. To use App features that require an account, you must: (i) provide at least a valid email address and create a password, or choose anonymous access; (ii) provide only truthful information, being solely responsible for any damage or loss resulting from incorrect information; (iii) refrain from making available in our Solutions any content that is unlawful, contrary to public morals, or that may infringe the rights of third parties; (iv) use our Solutions only for lawful purposes, holding LYKOS harmless from any and all liability for damage or loss resulting from your use.

2.5. The Faith Flame App never asks for your password or financial information by email or messaging apps, under any circumstances.

ACCEPTANCE

3.1. By completing your registration, ticking the checkbox related to these Terms and clicking the button to accept them, you agree to these Terms freely, expressly, knowingly and on an informed basis. You may not and should not use our Solutions if you do not agree with these Terms.

3.2. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account within the App, under Side menu › Delete account. Deletion erases your data from our servers, except what we are legally required to keep. We deliberately keep deletion inside the App and behind your password, so that nobody can erase your account without it.

SPECIFIC APP RULES

4.1. The App has a "Free Version", with features available at no cost, and a "Paid Version" (Premium), with exclusive features and benefits. An active subscription is required to use Paid Version features.

4.2. Free Version features may include, but are not limited to: a limited number of AI chat messages per day, a limited number of Daily Reading generations, and the display of advertisements. The Paid Version (Premium) offers unlimited access to those features, removes all advertising and grants benefits within the gamification system (XP).

4.3. Paid Version subscriptions are managed, charged and renewed through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account. To cancel automatic renewal or request a refund, you must use the subscription management tools of the respective app store.

4.4. The Faith Flame App is under constant development and may unilaterally change which features are available in the Free and Paid Versions.

4.5. After the statutory withdrawal period, as defined by local law and by app store policies, the Paid Version subscription is non-refundable. If you cancel during the contracted period, you will not receive a refund, whether full or partial. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, which must be cancelled in the store where it was purchased.

TERM AND TERMINATION

5.1. Access to our Solutions is granted for an indefinite term. LYKOS DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARES LTDA may, however, suspend or discontinue access to the Solutions at any time and without prior notice.

5.2. LYKOS DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARES LTDA may unilaterally terminate access or delete users who breach these Terms of Use or who use the platform for unlawful purposes.

DISCLAIMER

6.1. The Faith Flame App uses an Artificial Intelligence (AI) model to generate answers and content. Information provided by the AI is for study and assistance purposes and must not be taken as theological, pastoral, medical or legal advice. The AI may generate inaccurate or incomplete information. You are responsible for checking it against reliable biblical and theological sources.

6.2. Our Solutions do not replace the guidance of your church, your priest or your pastor, nor professional health care.

6.3. Due to technical and operational factors, we cannot guarantee the full availability and infallibility of our Solutions. LYKOS shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any damage resulting from interruption of access or from malfunction.

6.4. We do not warrant the absence of viruses or other harmful elements in our Solutions, and we disclaim any liability for damage or loss that may arise from such elements.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1. You own all content you enter into the Solutions, such as custom quiz topics. You represent that such content is your own creation or that you hold the licences necessary to use it.

7.2. LYKOS DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARES LTDA is the exclusive owner of all rights in the visual aspects, source code, design and other elements that characterise the Solutions. Any form of copying, modification, reverse engineering or redistribution of the Solutions is strictly prohibited.

7.3. The Bible translations published on the Site are used under their respective licences, credited on the Site's licences page. The editorial content of the Site is owned by LYKOS.

7.4. If you send us a family prayer for publication, you represent that you have the right to share it and you authorise us to publish it on the Site with due credit, preserving the authorship of whoever composed it. You may request its removal at any time through the contact email address.

DATA PROTECTION POLICY

8.1. The Faith Flame App respects your privacy. All collection and processing of personal data aims to enable use of the Solutions and to improve your experience.

8.2. Information collected and retention periods:

• Registration data: email address, for registered accounts, and a unique User identifier. Kept for as long as the account exists.
• Progress and usage data: chat history, favourited verses, saved quiz questions and gamification statistics. Kept for as long as the account exists, to preserve your progress.
• Settings data: your preferences for language, tone and length of AI answers. Kept for as long as the account exists.
• Diagnostics and performance data: crash and performance data, so that we can identify and fix problems. May be kept in anonymised form indefinitely.
• Terms acceptance information: IP address and date and time of acceptance. Kept for as long as the account exists, for legal purposes.

8.3. How the information is used: to provide the features of the Solutions, personalise your experience, manage your account, improve our services, ensure security and comply with legal obligations.

8.4. Processing by Artificial Intelligence: in order to provide chat answers, generate Quiz questions and create devotionals, your questions, conversation history and requested content are processed by a third-party AI service (Google Gemini API). This processing is essential for the App to work, and AI-produced content is identified in the App itself with the "AI-generated" label. Avoid sending sensitive personal information in the chat.

8.4.1. Personalisation with your religious tradition: if you tell the App your religious tradition, it may be sent along with your requests to the AI service, solely to tailor answers, devotionals and quizzes to your practice. As religious belief is sensitive personal data (including under art. 5, II and art. 11 of Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD), this only happens with your consent — given when you choose your tradition on the screen that states this purpose — and can be turned off at any time in Settings › "Personalize AI with my religion". With personalisation off, the App keeps working with a general Christian approach and your religious tradition is not sent to the AI service.

8.4.2. Reporting and rating AI content: you can report AI-generated content by long-pressing it, and rate chat answers. Reports are stored with your account identification, the reported excerpt and the reason, exclusively for review and moderation. Ratings (positive/negative) and improvement suggestions are stored anonymously, with no link to your account.

8.5. Sharing of information: we will not share your personal information with third parties, except with service providers essential to the operation of the Solutions — Google for authentication, database and AI; Apple and Google for payment processing; RevenueCat for subscription management; advertising networks, including Google Ads, Facebook/Meta and TikTok, to display and optimise advertising in the free version; and analytics partners to improve the Solutions — and as required by law. Usage events, such as registration, onboarding completion and purchases, are sent to Facebook/Meta to optimise our advertising campaigns. You can opt out of sharing data with advertising partners in the App's Settings.

8.6. Cookies and measurement on the Site: the Site uses Google Analytics to measure audience, which writes first-party cookies in your browser — among them the _ga cookie — containing a random identifier, with no name and no email address. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to read the content. The Site requires no account and stores no data about you on our servers.

8.7. Religious tradition preference on the Site: the Site may ask whether you are Catholic, Evangelical/Protestant or something else, solely in order to stop showing content that does not match your practice. Answering is optional, and there is always an option not to say. Your answer is stored in your own browser and can be changed or cleared at any time from the Site's footer. We send our analytics service only the chosen category, in aggregate and without any personal identification. Because religious conviction is sensitive personal data under article 5, II of Brazilian Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD), we process this information only with your specific consent, given when you answer the question, and exclusively for the purpose described here.

8.8. Your rights: you have the right to access, correct, port and request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Deletion of your account and of all data linked to it can be done directly in the App, under Side menu › Delete account. If you forgot your password, use "Forgot my password" on the sign-in screen to regain access and then delete the account. For any other request, or to ask for the removal of usage events already sent to our analytics and advertising partners, write to contact@lykoscompany.com.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the consumer User's domicile in Brazil are elected to settle any disputes. Users domiciled outside Brazil may bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile where local law so provides.

10.2. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
