You turn Premium on and use everything for seven days without paying anything. Cancel before the trial ends and there is no charge at all. The trial is offered to people who have not subscribed before — if you have already used it once, the store will not offer it again.

It does. On both the App Store and Google Play the subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and billing happens at the end of each period. Both stores require the cancellation to be made before the current period ends for it not to renew.

In the same store where you subscribed, through your device’s subscription manager: the App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android. No one to talk to, no penalty and no lock-in. Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Nothing is deleted. Your streak, your XP, your favorites and your conversations stay in your account — what comes back are the free plan’s daily limits and ads. If you subscribe again later, you pick up exactly where you left off. And if you want it all gone, account deletion lives inside the app.

The payment never passes through us: the App Store or Google Play does the billing, and refunds follow each store’s own policy. The request is made in the store, not with us. The 7-day trial exists precisely so you can try everything before any charge.

The price that applies to you is the one the store shows at the moment you subscribe. Prices vary by country, by currency and by store promotion, and they can be adjusted over time — when that happens, the store itself notifies you before the renewal.
